Progression Program
The Progression Program is for clients whose injury has caused them to become de-conditioned with the need for an extended exercise regimen after completing Physical Therapy. This program will gradually increase in challenge based on the client’s ability level and lifestyle goals.
An initial evaluation (1-1.5 hours) is required in order to assess the client’s extent of injury and ability level. This evaluation will include a conversation with the client on:

The instructor will:
*Optional: The client may request for the instructor to meet with his/her physical therapist to become familiar with any history, limitations, restrictions, etc. pertaining to the client’s injury.

- the client’s assessment of their physical state
- the client’s lifestyle goals in general and as they relate to the affected joint/area of injury
- a range-of-movement assessment (may include use of studio equipment)
- a plan and timeline for client rehabilitation

The client will receive:
- Individual, personalized instruction specific to client’s post-Physical Therapy needs.
- Educational materials detailing an individualized exercise program based on the client’s needs and lifestyle goals. This will include detailed descriptions and pictures of each exercise.
The instructor will:
- Give client detailed information on the rehabilitation and exercise of the affected joint/area of injury to ensure healthy movement habits in activities encountered in everyday life
- Instruct the client in an exercise regimen perfectly tailored to their physical abilities in order to advance the client toward his/her desired activity level or lifestyle goal.
- Encourage mind-body awareness in exercise and everyday life
