Mat-Based Classes
These classes will give you improved body awareness, a stronger core, and the foundation on which to advance to more challenging exercises. Small equipment (props) are commonly used in these classes. The challenge level of each class will change depending on the number of clients and their individual fitness levels
Classes include:
- Pilates Mat - a pure Stott Pilates class using the client's bodyweight and small props to create a well-rounded and challenging class
- Yoga - a pure Iyengar Yoga class designed to increase flexibility, strength, & stamina
