Join us for Girls' Weekend!

We have some fun things planned for the weekend, namely, our Deluxe Hand Treatment.  Additionally, we have a pop-up donation based class taught by Jane as well as our regular weekend class schedule.  Another great addition this year is our Personal Care Products which are on sale at 10% off for this weekend only.
Class Schedule:

8:30 am - Donation-based Pilates Mat Class

9:00 am - Group Reformer Class

9:30 am - Group Yoga Class
Deluxe Hand Treatment:

Start with a heavenly Apple Sugar Scrub then choose from a Paraffin or Eco-Wax Hand Dip.  Make your way to a comfortable seat where you'll soak your feet in a relaxing Herbal Soak.  After a bit of relaxing, our knowledgable Therapists will remove the hand wax for some Hand Reflexology.  End your session with Mimosas and a gift bag.  We know you'll enjoy this!
