Week of Healthy Living
2019
Pilates Revolution is hosting its third "Week of Healthy Living"!
Our theme this year is "Food As Medicine" with all workshops centered around how food can act as a partner in health or as a hindrance to health. This week's main goal is to bring awareness to the important role that good food plays in our lives and to give information on how to boost your health and alleviate the effects of common ailments through food.
Drawing Entries: You may enter once for each class, workshop, or appointment you attend this week.
